Davalor is technology driven offering solid modeling and numerical control programming. Davalor Mold also has surface and wire frame capabilities. Our CAD/CAM department works closely with our Toolmakers to develop the best possible mold designs, as well as tools for your parts.

Tooling

We design, build, and maintain all of our tooling-and we have for almost 40 years. That means we can develop tools rapidly, react to changes faster, and eliminate time, cost, and hassles in production. Our tooling team uses experience, innovation, and advanced technology to build molds that produce the parts you require, without compromise. CNC machining and specialized CAD design standards allow us to build quickly and efficiently. While advanced holding and cutter technologies and laser validation ensure accuracy and repeatability. Every tool we create is built on the insights gained in producing hundreds of millions of high quality parts every year.

Injection Molding

For nearly 40 years, our plastic injection-molding capabilities have set us apart. Expert in-house design, engineering, and mold making culminate in high quality, hassle-free manufacturing with an emphasis on high quality parts produced with efficiency. Our production capacities are big. And we have room to grow. We run 75 hydraulic injection molding machines from 55 to 310 tons, three shifts a day. We work with more than 55 resins; most resins are engineered for our customers' specific applications. And our track record in OEM color, grain, and gloss applications is outstanding. Our ability to ship more than 20 million high quality parts every month to destinations around the globe is built on the strength of our diverse, experienced teams who collaborate across functions-from engineering to tooling to production and quality assurance-to continuously improve quality, delivery, service, and economy to our customers.

Metrology

At Davalor, world-class quality, compliance, and attention to detail are values we take very seriously. We meticulously monitor every part using bar code traceability from receipt of raw material though production. And we don't just put out fires. Our quality inspectors, auditors, and engineers use detailed root-cause analysis to track the source of any quality issue and rapidly implement corrective action. Thanks to expert engineering and toolmaking right in house, we're able to make corrections quickly and keep our clients' projects on time and in budget. Our Total Quality Management system collects all internal quality data and we provide customers with real-time access to quality information on their projects through our customer portal. Our commitment to providing 100% defect-free parts means we never compromise on quality. It's our promise.
